The hotel's location above the metro station and adjacent to a mall provides convenience and access to various shops and restaurants. The room, although small, is clean and comfortable, with a spacious smart TV offering entertainment options. The staff are friendly and helpful, providing self-service luggage storage and a guest lounge for early arrivals.
Limited breakfast options could be improved to offer more variety.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The bathtub was larger than other hotels we've stayed in, and the amenities seemed new. The bed was comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. the hotel is connected to a mall, making it very convenient. We were able to enjoy a delicious meal at a sushi conveyor belt restaurant located in the same building, open until 11 pm.
Couldn't find any faults at all.

Great location above train station and mall. Hassle-free self check-in. Lounge with free coffee. Laundry room and microwave on 6th floor. Friendly staff, lent umbrella. Safe, peaceful neighborhood with nearby restaurants and convenience stores.

Being directly above the station meant I didn't even have to exit the station to reach the reception, perfect after a long tour of Japan. The self-check-in process was quick and easy, thanks to the available terminals and helpful staff. I also appreciated the lounge area with free coffee, providing a relaxing space to unwind. The laundry facilities were a bonus, and I liked that I could monitor their usage from my room's TV.
While the price was a bit higher than expected for a business hotel on the outskirts of Tokyo, I understand that it may have been due to the Sakura season. it would have been nice to have an eco-friendly option for housekeeping, where linens and towels are not changed daily.
